These are intended for major medical purposes only. And many people, especially the self employed have to pay their own premiums (several hundred $/month). I can assure you that with our per visit fees, my patients have never been able to build up charges (from my office alone) to a level where the insurance company has to kick in a penny.

The trick of putting together a plan that is both affordable, legal, and doesn’t leave me having to find a night-shift job to make ends meet. I needed to strike a perfect balance for you and for me.

The North Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners, our governing board, allows its member D.C.s to offer their patients bookkeeping discounts on packages payments. Per visit discounts are considered illegal and the difference may be confiscated by insurance companies

After the initial exam visit (a $65 to $90 fee),+ our new plan offers a flat fee per visit+, regardless of the number and types procedures including therapy performed. The fees per visit range from $37.50 each for the larger package to $42 for the smaller package. This represents a substantial savings over the typical per visit plus per item charges in most offices.

These fees do not apply to the purchase of durable medical equipment and any other goods purchased from Atlas Chiropractic of Cary at the time of your visit. They also do not apply to any services or products purchased outside of Atlas Chiropractic of Cary in association with your care here.

The number of visits one may require vaies depending on the patient’s condition, its severity, how long you’ve had it (chronicity) and other factors. You will be informed of the approximate number of visits that you will require at the time your report of findings (the first visit after your exam).

So that there is no pressure on you to decide right away, you may change your plan (increase or decrease the number of visits) at any time during your course of your care. Plans have a one year limit from the date of purchase.
